This Election is Rigged to be Against Rabbi Schwei

This is not Really, a True Election for a New Rav, but an Election Orchestrated by One Person, in order to effectively "throw out", Rabbi Schwei.

1) Rabbi Reitport doesn't live here, so we all know he can't be Rav of CH as the Rebbe didn't allow Rabbi Chanzin to leave his existing position of his home town to move to CH. (One Down 2 to go).

2) Rabbi Zirkind told many people he is not in the Running. Rubashkin is just using his name on the Ballot to Fool Us, into thinking that "You Have A Lot To Choose From".

Besides, if Zirkind won and had he agreed to Run (which he didn't), he would automatically, have to be aligned with Rabbi Osdoba, his personal Teacher (who is twice his age).

So this is not really an Election for a "New Rav" but an election to Give Rabbi Ozdoba the power to go against his existing adversary, against Rabbi Schwei.

3) Rabbi Segal? He is already in, over his head, in a Full Blast Machlokes against Rabbi Schwei!!!

Do we Chas V'Sholom, want to Elect such a, Big Time, Baal Machlokes, who is even Mesarev L'Din, himslef, Rachmana Litzlan?

He was called (Months Ago) to a Din Torah by 3 Rabboinim: Rabbi Schwei, Rabbi Bogomilsky and by Rabbi Mangel and Rabbi Segal refused to appear to the Din Torah! These 3 Rabbonim gave out a Psak Din against Rabbi Segal, Which Rabbi Segal refused to abide by!

How can a Rav who refuses Justice, when he is called to justice - How can such a Rav expect anyone else to respect him, if HE will ever be elected?

Do we want to elect a Rav, whom our Youth can "Look Up To", or do we want to Elect a "Rabbi", someone who disrespects the existing Beis Din, HIMSELF!

4) Rubashkin set up the Election in such a way that Rabbi Segal must win, because the voters have no choice to simply vote "NO", to all 3 choices (as they DID have the "NO" choice when voting for Rabbi Schwei).

This is a "Set Up" and a RIGGED Election because "someone" (one of these 3, Anti_Harav_Schwei "Rabbis",) has to win, even if the Majority of the Voters don't want them.

Why can't we elect Rabbi Dovid Fisher for Rav?

He is a Very Big Gaon and Chossid and a very Big Talmid Chochom and a Huge Baal Tzedaka too!

Warning:
Don't anyone, dare say, anything "negative", against Harav Hagoan, Harav Hachosid, Hanagid, Reb Dovid Fisher, Shelita, lest you be accused of being "Mevazeh a Talmid Chochom" C.V.

What exactly is the difference, between Rabbi Dovid Fisher and Rabbi Sholomy Segal?

1) Both, alike, are Mesarev Ledin,

2) Both alike, Refused to appear to a Din Torah, when called

3) Both alike, used the same excuse:

"Yesh Li Rav", that they need not come to the Din Torah, to which they are called, because they both said:

"We don't have to come to "your" Bais Din because We Have "Our Own Beis Din" (who will side with them).

4) Both Alike, Mocked the Beis Din etc. At least Fisher is a Gvir and Gives Tzedaka, but from Segal, we only have Machlokes.

5) Both Alike, continued to defy the Psak Din of the Beis Din, which called them to a Din Torah, and then Paskened against them when they refused.

Not only that, but Rubashkin, made "Peace" with Fisher, Shook hands with him, was Menashek Him, gave him Mazal Tov and proclaimed it to the media to be a major "Heseg Dati"!

Segal, while also being a Mesarev Ledin, was not yet adorned with any such Mechila nor Kovod, Like Fisher.

It's a Kal Vechomer!

If Segal continues to be Mesrev Ledin NOW and Fights with the Rav, (Harav Schwei NOW - Adayin Omed Bemordoy - He says BEFERUSH, Achalti Veochel OID), yet he is considered to be a "Kosher Candidate" for Rav...?

Al Achas Kama Vekama that such a Tzadik, Like Hagoen Reb Dovid Fisher, Shelita which Rubashkin was Wholeheartedly MOCHEL, (Berov Shira Vezimra) all Acahs Kama Vekama that he should be elected Rav!

i cant believe we're going to allow rubashkin & co. get away with this! judging by what i see so far it seems the vast majority of CH is against this "election" taking place, yet nobodt seems willing / able to do anything about it.

personally i find it hard to believe that there are actualy people out there who think this "election" will help bring about shalom / achdus. how stupid can you actualy get?! (granted, it might reduce the fighting (when there's one man, a dictator, in complete control, who destroys any opposition to him, i guess there wont be much actual fighting) but for some strange reason it doesnt feel quite right, something tells me it's not the right way to go about it, it's not what G-d wants, not what the Rebbe wants and not conduct befitting a chassid)

besides the fact that IMHO just the fact that somebody is willing to be placed on this ballot is enough to discredit him for me. why would anybody want to get involved in such a mess?!?! (other than having a personal agenda / vendetta)

does anybody actualy know the rules of this "election"? the only thing that seems to be definite is that we cannot vote "none of the above"
does anybody know definitively what the threshold to pass is? is it 50% of eligible voters? (as it was by R' Schwei) or is it 50% of actual voters (change the rules as seen fit?)
the letter seems to say 50% of actual votes.

i think (assuming it's 50% of actual voters) that everybody who is opposed to this election should vote a protest vote of a blank ballot, dont choose anybody (or write none of the above)
i think this way (if enough people do this), at the very least, these "rabonim" will never be able to claim to have been fairly elected BY THE COMMUNITY -as R' Schwei was. (the incubent rabonim agreed (or at least didn't protest) his placement on the ballot, and also important: there was a "no" option on his ballot, if you didnt like his being elected YOU HAD THE CHOICE OF SAYING SO IN THE BALLOT BOX!)
if we can pull this off, if enough people are willing to do this than at the very least when they (or others) come claiming they were fairly / justly elected we could say "hold on a second, you only got x amount of votes, but there were x amount of votes against you. i understand the election was rigged in a way that prevented the votes against you from being counted, but you cant honestly claim to have been elected by a majority of the community"

why bother to vote blank? why not just boycott the election?
2 reasons:
1. i think a protest vote is more powerful than a no show.
2. with these election services people monitoring this thing we should get an exact number of "disqualified" ballots, i think that's alot stronger than arguing how many people could've should've voted...

enough of me wasting my time...

GET OUT AND VOTE...

...NONE OF THE ABOVE
