I am not so sure exactly what Rabbi Osdoba's position might be on that.

Because their is no letter from Rabbi Osdoba to the effect of your claims.

In fact their is a Psak Din Letter from Rabbi Schwei and Rabbi Bogomilsky and Rabbi Mangel which says that the Apr. 30th elections are null and void and this Psak Din/Letter was never disputed in writing yet, by Rabbi Osdoba.

It's entirely possible that both Rabbonim now agree that the Apr 30th Elections are null and void.

At least let's hope that they both agree.

At May 29, 2006, Anonymous said...: I heard that in addition to the TRO against Rubashkin, the judge also did not want newly elected candidates to act as though they were Rabbonim, since it's being challenged and it is highly unlikely that this charade of an election will be accepted by anyone for more than it was, fraud.
